- Visibility
- Whether the disability is outwardly noticeable to others.
- Range: Non-Apparent to Apparent

- Support System Access
- Access to assistive technology, services, caregivers, or community support.
- Range: Low Support to High Support
- Current value: Low Support
Design Considerations
- Reduce setup, onboarding and customization steps
- Provide visible, easy-to-engage modes (voice input, high contrast, read-aloud, single-handed use)
- Avoid assumptions that users have memorized shortcuts
- Use time-sensitive help prompts
- Support rapid help-seeking (e.g. 'need help' prompts)
